What we do: Seraph have taken on the management of a purpose built student accommodation block in Lancaster. The site includes 79 student rooms, as well as communal areas including a gym, kitchens, games room and outdoor spaces, all of which Seraph manages. Seraph are also responsible for the occupation of the building following a lettings and marketing strategy in order to achieve full occupancy each academic year. Seraph also manages the ‘student brand’ of the site, create a positive student living experience, with various resident socials and engagement programes. The site has achieved 100% occupancy for this academic year.

Damside Location
The location is easily accessible for students, as it is positioned opposite the central bus station, which is the direct link to the university. It is also perfectly situated so students are near other amenities such as restaurants, cafes, nightlife, shopping and health centres.

Damside Features
Damside was one of the first purpose built student accommodation sites to be built in this area. It offers modern en-suite rooms in shared apartment and studio categories. Each accommodation is stacked with a range of amenities, making students feel at home.
