Gavin Hill-John, Operations Director of the Heath Vets Group met Seraph Property Management through his local BNI business networking group.  Heath Vets is a veterinary practice turning over £1m a year with 4 practices. Gavin is also a partner in a florist business and a local Councillor in Pentyrch; demands on his time were high, he therefore needed a trusted property partner to strategically advise in facilities management and carry out works.

General maintenance issues in the surgeries were taking up more time than Gavin wanted so he spoke to Douglas Haig of Seraph Property Management about how they could put together a maintenance plan and be able to deal with staff directly.  Douglas introduced him to their Facilities Management service where Heath Vets would work with the right contractors to ensure all services were delivered.   A portion of one of the surgeries was a residential property, Seraph also took over the day-to-day management to help maximise their income.

When Heath Vets were looking to open a new surgery in Danescourt, Cardiff, Gavin once again approached Seraph to manage the process and deal with clients, and then 18 months later, Seraph also managed the refit of their oldest surgery and are now converting the upstairs, previously empty, into two more flats, further increasing the income for the group.
