Block Management and Right to Manage Portfolio Property Management

The Rust Group is an Anglo-American firm that advises on a range of businesses including property.  A wide variety of their clients either have a core business of property or managing and developing property is a requirement of their business.  Rust have brought in Seraph Property Management to assist with some of their clients.

One particular client has been developing properties for mixed use and either selling and retaining the freeholds or using part of the buildings for their leisure business.  Rust brought in Seraph to advise on the best way of managing the freeholds going forwards and then appointed Seraph as the managing agent for the portfolio of freeholds.  This has freed up the client to focus on development of the portfolio and leisure business and continue the acquisitions, an area they are much more suited to.

Seraph Property Management is now engaged at the earliest stage to assist in the design and layout of the buildings. This ensures the client not only gets the most out of them but also the management going forwards is as easy as possible.
