One particular client has been developing properties for mixed use and either selling and retaining the freeholds or using part of the buildings for their leisure business. Rust brought in Seraph to advise on the best way of managing the freeholds going forwards and then appointed Seraph as the managing agent for the portfolio of freeholds. This has freed up the client to focus on development of the portfolio and leisure business and continue the acquisitions, an area they are much more suited to.
