Some time later they returned to Seraph to ask more advice on what their next investment step should be. One of our team members Oliver Hill spent time with them understanding their requirements and embarked on a property search for them. Whilst initially Mr and Mrs Knapp wanted to stick to residential investment Oliver thought that their investment appetite probably suited a commercial or mixed investment. He sourced a property in Barry that was a fully kitted out restaurant with flats above. He then worked with local agents to find a commercial and residential tenant to achieve and presented it to Mr and Mrs Knapp as a fully packaged deal, which as a result was achieving 9.89% per year on their investment.
Further to this Oliver worked with them to refinance their first property to assist in purchasing this property following a considerable uplift in value after recommendations by Seraph Property Management and James Douglas Sales and Lettings. It’s safe to say that Mr and Mrs Knapp are very happy with their property investments and we certainly hope to help them on their way to purchasing their next property.
