When residents begin to move in, this is a time when a great deal of conflict can arise and a developer will often spend more time dealing with issues presented by residents than developing the rest of the site. We will liaise between developer and residents to ensure they know when major changes are happening and reduce any potential conflict with the contractors. We can deal with snagging queries and either setup or liaise with the appropriate contractor appointed to deal with this snagging. We will also ensure residents are following site rules that ensures the site is safe at all times.
