We cover English & Welsh law

Our team are trained both in English and Welsh law when it comes to renting your properties, as the law is now different and will continue to diverge over time, making it more difficult for landlords to be aware of all of their responsibilities, especially if they have properties either side of the border.  Our Managing Director is also the Director for Wales and Vice-Chairman of the Residential Landlords Association so you can be assured that your views are represented at all levels of government and that Seraph is always at the forefront of changes and will make you aware of this before it happens.

Fully Registered & Insured

We are ARLA registered and a corporate member of the NRLA.  We hold full professional indemnity insurance and hold your money in registered client account with client money protection insurance.  We are also registered with The Property Ombusdman and comply with their code of practice and their redress scheme.  You can be assured that Seraph Property Management is a good company to look after probably your investment, your property.
