Seraph Property Management will visit your school and have an initial consultation with you to understand exactly what you want to achieve, we will then carry out a full audit of your premises and pull together schedules of servicing and audit requirements and can also take care of your health and safety and personal evacuation plans for the pupils. If you have a facilities manager or caretaker already in place we will work with them to maximise their time and ensure we do everything we can to support them in their role, bringing in external expertise in specialist areas.
As a result of our expertise we can provide this service as well as all the maintenance and servicing requirements at a cheaper price than paying into the local authority repairs fund and it brings you back control to maintain and improve your school in the way and at the times that suit you, your budget and most importantly your pupils. We will also create a long term capital investment and improvement plan that allows you to know when your infrastructure will need to be replaced and approximately how much it is likely to cost and also plan for those inevitable rainy days.
As part of our process we will set out a schedule to review the agreed plan, and will prepare reports to the school Board of Governors and meet if desired.
