Seraph Property Management was back at the CIH Conference for our third year running, exhibiting at the TAI Cymru 2019 event at the Sophia Gardens Swalec Stadium. The event welcomes a range of housing professionals from both the social and private rented sector discussing the topic of our homes, our people, our future.
The two-day conference saw a Ministerial Address from the new Minister for Housing and Local Government, Julie James, the Independent Affordable Housing Review and some inspirational stories reflecting on coercive control and ending sex for rent. All of this wedged between a Gala Dinner held at the Hilton Hotel!
The Exhibition Hall hosted a great variety of stands from across the sector and associated partners. Seraph held a poll asking visitors, “Do you think Wales needs it own Housing Court?” With over ⅔ of the vote believing that Wales should have it’s own Housing Court, it was an interesting discussion to have with others in the industry and we thank you for sharing your thoughts with us!
Congratulations to Emma Parcell who won the Hamper!
Thank you to all visitors, fellow exhibitors and to CIH for making a great event.
