Seraph Property Management Host Resident Fun Day in Cardiff Bay

Seraph Property Management are pleased to host a Resident Fun Day in partnership with Trivallis for the blocks of apartments in Cardiff Bay’s International Sports Village, consisting of Cogan House, Roath House, Grangemoor House and Marina View.
Our Fun Day is on Friday 24th August from 12pm, where we will have free food for the first 100 residents to attend, which is a free burger or hot dog. We also have free ice cream available for children on the day. All residents and their guests are invited, with additional food being able to be purchased on the day.
We also have a number of guests and activities including:
- Trivallis – Money Advice Team
- South Wales Police – Fingerprinting with the children
- South Wales Fire Service – Fire Engine
- Morrisons Cardiff Bay
- Bouncy Castle – free for children
- Food and Icecream truck
- Seraph Property Management
- Grangetown Councillor, Ashley Lister
The Property Management team will be on hand throughout the day for any queries in relation to the development.
There will also be information for you in relation to your building and if you have any queries our team will be on hand throughout the day to help!
