We are pleased to announce that our very own apprentice Property Manager James Davies has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Chartered Institute of Housing Cymru Apprentice of the Year Awards for 2016/17!
The Chartered Institute of Housing Cymru is the representative voice for all housing in Wales, and each year they recognise apprentices across Wales with this award. The awards are open to everyone that works in housing management and lettings or support in the private or social sector.
James’ contribution in the 18 months that he has been with Seraph Property Management was recognised by his managers and colleagues and it was decided when the nomination requests were announced that he most certainly deserved to be entered. Head of Property Management and Finance, Rhianne Haig said of his contribution:
James combines focus and hard work with just a fantastic attitude. He has really pushed himself to learn as much about the industry in a short space of time and brings with it the perfect blend of professionalism and lightheartedness. He’s a real pleasure to work with and we are delighted to have him on the team.
James Davies – CIH Cymru Apprentice of the Year Nominee
The winner will be announced at this year’s conference gala dinner in the Mercure Hotel on the evening of Wednesday 26th April. The awards are part of a larger conference held by CIH Cymru known as TAI 2017 and is the event in the calendar for those in housing. Seraph Property Management is in attendance at this conference and more information about TAI 2017 is on its website.
We will of course be there to cheer James on at the evening event and we just wanted to take the time to James to say well done on your nomination! If you want to find out more about James then take a look at his profile page.
