The Seraph Group acquires Estate Agency, Nuttall Parker

Seraph are delighted to announce the acquisition of Newport Estate Agency Nuttall Parker.
Nuttall Parker, joins The Seraph Group which already includes two-branch James Douglas Sales and Lettings, the student lettings branch, Student Living by James Douglas, as well as the property and block management firm, Seraph Property Management.
Whilst the estate agency side of the business operates on a local level, Seraph Property Management operates nationally, managing blocks in Cardiff, London and Hampshire, as well as property management Newport.

Nuttall Parker will remain in Newport with all staff retained and Lesley Woodsford-Lloyd managing the day-to-day running of the business as associate partner, with former director Leigh Edwards staying on in a consultancy capacity.
