These features can be tailored to each portfolio or block and our experience in Block Management allows us to plan and manage these features efficiently.

We will work with you to design a ‘lifestyle concept’ around your target audience, looking at workout, relaxation and working spaces within the development. Offering the resident as many amenities as possible to make them feel comfortable. If the current development can’t provide these amenities then we utilise our partnerships with external services to provide a bolt-on service.

As a Seraph Property+ client you can benefit from an online reservation system, where applicants can secure an apartment and complete the move-in process online. We can also provide a Resident portal so they can pay they rent easy, see any outstanding balances, report maintenance and have one place to access all their important documents relating to their home.
We can provide ‘Meet and Greet’ and introductory walk-through of the property and a ‘move-in’ hamper provided to the new resident, to make the move-in process as comfortable as possible. We can also help set up, internet, TV packages and utilities ready for when the new resident moves in.
We can facilitate an on-site concierge service, which can be daytime or around-the-clock, whilst also being able to carry out speedy repairs on-site and within apartments. In addition, can provide laundry services, weekly cleaning and car clubs for the residents.
