Meet Andrew…

Andrew has joined the team as a ‘Fire Risk Assessor’ and ‘Health & Safety Advisor’. He mostly works remotely, so our residents and clients would be most familiar with Andrew in person.

Andrew’s background was originally in the highly regulated gas industry, where he finished as Director of Gas Design and Sales. This put him in an ideal position to switch careers and transfer those skills to another highly regulated industry where compliance and management are key. After completing a course of study at the main Fire Service College in Moreton-in-Marsh, he progressed to become our go-to fire risk assessor. With a keen eye for detail and compliance, he offers right-first-time solutions with particular emphasis on life safety.

Andrew further qualifies as our Health and Safety advisor after obtaining his NEBOSH certificate in Occupational Health and Safety in both the Management of Health & Safety and Risk Assessments.

Overall, Andrew has gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience in both areas of Fire and Safety, ensuring the business and clients are compliant with their regulatory obligations to protect people from harm.

When not completing assessments, Andrew likes to spend as much time away as possible on his new hobby of relaxation in his touring caravan, but he promised his wife that he would finish rebuilding their 53-year-old classic MG roadster one day.
