Meet Brett…

Brett Hole is our Assistant Block Manager, with a property background  in rent administration, Brett wanted to take a slightly different route and explore a career in block management. He is now training in block management and working towards a Level 3 IRPM qualification.

Brett is the backbone of the block management team providing invaluable support to the block managers, creating sales packs, producing leaseholder communications, arranging and co-ordinating block maintenance and covering everything in between!

In his free time you can find him playing cricket with his friends, as well as his club Pentyrch. He’s played at the club since he was 8 years old and hope the little one he has on the way will play cricket as well!  Fun fact about him, he cannot live without fried chicken and chips!
