Chloe Knowles

Property Manager

Meet Chloe…

Chloe is new to the property industry but has always been passionate about making the move into this field. She brings a varied background, including hotel management (where she’s even worked with a few celebrities!), audiology, and professional cocktail making.

She holds a degree in Interior Design from Cardiff Metropolitan University and is keen to continue learning with courses at Seraph, while also picking up Welsh along the way.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys attending music and food festivals, working on interior design projects, and exploring coffee shops—she’s a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast! Fun fact: she used to play the clarinet and achieved a Grade 7 certificate.
