Dan is a highly motivated and versatile individual with more than 20 years of professional experience within the property industry. With outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Dan likes nothing better than forging strong and productive relationships with all stakeholders and thrives in a results-driven team environment.

Dan has a focused, enthusiastic approach to ensuring personal and company success and looks forward to applying these skills to the continued growth and success of the Block Management division of Seraph.

Dan is also a Dad of 3 which keeps him busy! He lives in Sketty, Swansea where he is the chair of a local community centre, they recently raised over £10,000 in medical supplies to be sent to Ukraine. When he’s not busy on his work and personal ventures, Dan likes escaping to the golf course!
