Meet Dylan…

Our Finance Assistant and a driven participant in the Network75 scheme. This innovative five-year program combines part-time university study with practical workplace experience, allowing Dylan to pursue a degree in Accounting and Finance while contributing to Seraph’s success.

Though new to the property and blocks industry, Dylan brings a strong academic foundation in maths and economics, having achieved top grades in both at A-level. He’s now building on that knowledge through his degree and has set his sights on completing ACCA exams to become a chartered accountant.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons, as well as video games like Battlefield V and Baldur’s Gate 3. Always keen to learn new things, Dylan has mastered unique skills such as solving a Rubik’s cube—clocking in at under one minute for a 3×3 and an impressive under eight seconds for a 2×2!

With his analytical mindset and passion for continuous learning, Dylan is excited to grow his expertise in accounting and make a meaningful impact at Seraph.
