Meet Fraser…

Fraser is our youngest member of the team and joined the Seraph family in October 2022. Following in the footsteps of his older sister Bonnie, Fraser hopes to be part of the Senior Leadership Team some day and so joins us in a part time role as our Head of Culture. 

Fraser leads by example in his work-life balance, by juggling napping and playtime along with his role at Seraph, Fraser is an advocate for working from home and has implemented hybrid working for the teams.

When he’s not implementing employee benefits, Fraser is mainly responsible for ensuring everyone has a good time! Fraser’s smile is his key skill when it comes to boosting happiness levels in the team and as part of the social committee you will see him at all of the social events that take place, he especially loves our charity walks and any pub with a soft play!
