Meet Gianni…

Gianni was originally born into an Italian family and brought up in Glasgow before finally settling in Cardiff in 2001 after having lived and worked in a number of places in England.

Gianni graduated with an HND in Hospitality Management in 1987 and then spent close to 30 years in the hospitality industry as a Hotel General Manager and a Regional Manager. Following a successful career in hospitality, in December 2016 he made the wise decision to switch industries to look after customers in their homes rather than in hotels. 

In 2019 Gianni became AIRPM qualified and has undertaken a number of industry-related courses to ensure that his leaseholders get the very best of service from him at all times.

When not working, Gianni spends time with his best friend Maisy who is his pet Bichon Frise or you will find him in the gym spin biking, or on a tennis court where he still believes he plays like Andy Murray!!
