Meet James…

James is a conscientious and dedicated block manager, his work ethic is built on helping clients, resolving issues and ensure buildings are running as effectively as possible.

James joined Seraph in 2015, which sparked his career in the property industry. His ambition and eagerness to learn granted him an apprenticeship course in the same year. James juggled coursework and assessments, whilst gaining valuable experience in his full-time role with us. We were particularly proud of James when he completed his apprenticeship in November 2017, he also won the CIH ‘Apprentice of the year’ which resulted in him stepping up to the role of Property Manager. Since then, James has taken on a more specialised role in blocks and commercial management for Seraph, and is qualified in both Residential Property Management Level 3 (NFoPP) as well as IRPM.

His friendly demeanour and positive approach when helping his clients, including leaseholders and residents is an asset to Seraph.

Outside of work James is a Rugby fanatic and has played for local team Beddau since he was 7 competing in the Swalec Championships. He is always getting the team involved in office sweepstakes and is the first person in attendance for any sports socials, including the darts and of course the Six Nations!
