Meet Katie…

Originally from Kent, England, Katie has worked in the lettings industry since 2010. For the majority of that time, Katie has always worked as a Property Manager and always for independent agencies.

Her property qualifications consist of Level 3 Residential and Property Management (NFoPP) and she is also a member of ARLA/Propertymark. In addition to these qualifications, Katie also has completed courses in Team Leadership through Chwarae Teg, a Level 4 qualification in the Institute of Leadership and Management, as well as a foundation course in IRPM in Block Management to further her studies

Katie moved to Wales in 2016 and has never left! Katie is completely process-driven and often finding ways to make things more efficient, for both her clients and her peers. She is very organised (think lots of lists!) and her office mantra, (in her words) is, “Hard-work makes the dream-work”.
