Meet Lydia…

Lydia is one of our Property Managers, supporting the residential team. She is a keen learner and likes to read up about the property industry in general, as well as more specifically about residential property management. Lydia also passed her Rent Smart Wales course and received her agent licence, all within her first month! Lydia is one of the first port of calls for any tenant and landlord queries, she supports the team by handling maintenance requests and everything in between.

In addition to this, Lydia is currently in her first year of University at Cardiff working towards a degree in Journalism and Communications. Outside of work she is typically catching up with essays and attending lectures or seminars. Balancing work and academics can be challenging, so a way for her to unwind is by going out with friends and exploring Cardiff’s hidden gems.
