With over 10 years of industry experience, a degree in City & Regional Planning (BSc) and a Masters in Housing (MSc), Ross expertly manages all aspects of the Commercial Block cycle. Ross previously specialised in resolving complex tenancy deposit disputes and has an enviable record of successful deposit claims in our residential property department.
Ross manages all Commercial Block portfolio and client care. He thrives on driving a high level of service in his team ensuring that clients get quick responses and daily issues are dealt promptly. He has a positive and direct approach even in the most difficult of circumstances.
When he is not running around ordering bins, Ross can be found standing in the rain cheering on Pontypool RFC, following WWE Wrestling and expanding his embarrassingly large collection of Marvel comics and ephemera. He is also a fastidious collector of the office tea money and keeper of the office kitchen cleanliness.
