Meet Sarah…

Sarah’s role spans both companies, as she oversees both Seraph Property Management as well as our partner company, James Douglas Sales and Lettings and Student Living brand. As the two companies grow side by side, naturally the director, Douglas Haig, values the breadth of experience and expertise Sarah brings to the team. Having worked extensively across the property industry, including acquisitions and leading business transformation, Sarah plays a pivotal role in streamlining processes and driving efficiencies during a period of significant change and expansion.

Sarah is hands-on and involved in almost every aspect of the business, making her an integral part of the team. Her ability to lead people through change and implement new processes with clarity and confidence ensures that the companies continue to adapt and thrive. A highly influential member of Seraph, she contributes daily to the continued success of the businesses. In a constantly evolving industry, with new legislation and shifting client demands, Sarah ensures our standards remain consistently high and that our clients receive the best possible service.

When she’s not managing multiple offices and a busy team, Sarah enjoys family life in her hometown of Penarth. Alongside running around after her young son, she makes time to keep active with reformer pilates!
