Seraph Property Management are specialists in residential and block management as well as many aspects of domestic and commercial property maintenance. Part of The Seraph Group with over 50 employees across various departments, we are an Investors in People accredited organisation. We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our team. The role is based in Cardiff.

Main Responsibilities of the role:

You will have a portfolio of “key” landlords where you may handle maintenance queries and tenancy deposit returns as well as ensuring that tenancy start and ending procedures are managed correctly. You will also provide support to the team of property managers, ensuring that we are delivering a high standard of customer service to landlords and tenants.

The Role – Property Manager:

  • Portfolio management; be directly responsible for landlords with large portfolios, liaising on maintenance items or other issues relating to their properties
  • Act as team leader support for the team, helping to resolve queries to achieve satisfactory resolution for all parties
  • Manage disputes and complaints and respond to as appropriate.
  • Audit the portfolio for compliance with gas, HMO and other legislative requirements
  • Help to develop individual and team knowledge
  • Advise landlords and tenants on legal regulations.
  • Deal directly with tenant bond deposit returns.
  • Coach and guide the team advising how to handle more complex issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
