First tenant approved for Tenant Loan Scheme

Seraph Property Management is delighted to have helped the first tenant to be awarded the Tenant Saver Loan through one of the credit unions.
One of our tenants has suffered the misfortune of Covid-19 and as a result, has been struggling to pay rent since the start of the pandemic. Our specialised rent arrears department has worked with the tenant and made them aware of the loan so that they can get the help they need.
The loan was granted at the beginning of November, just a few weeks after the scheme was launched by the Welsh Government. The low-interest loan has allowed the tenant to pay all rent arrears off, meaning the landlord has been paid, as well as having a loan that covers future rent payments up until January.
